Private-Duty Skilled Nursing & Oregon RN Delegation

Hospital-level nursing care, wound and catheter management, and nurse-trained caregivers for insulin shots and feeding tubes—helping seniors with complex, stable, and predictable health needs stay safely at home.

Doesn’t include
  • Blanket approval for nursing tasks. Delegation is considered only after an RN assesses the specific person, caregiver, setting and task.
  • A payment arrangement. “Private duty” names the service; it doesn’t mean private pay or establish insurance coverage.
