EQC nursing services include private duty nursing and nurse delegation. These are distinct services with different assessment and care requirements.
A nursing inquiry can come from an individual, family member, caregiver, case manager, or care provider. Begin by asking which service is appropriate for the situation.

What this service doesn’t include
- Blanket approval for nursing tasks. Delegation is considered only after an RN assesses the specific person, caregiver, setting and task.
- A payment arrangement. “Private duty” names the service; it doesn’t mean private pay or establish insurance coverage.
