About this role
Bring teaching, assessment and communication skills to a delegation role supporting clients, families and caregivers.
This role is part of our nursing services for people at home.
What you’ll do
- Assess whether delegation is appropriate for the individual, caregiver, setting and task.
- Carry out delegation procedures within applicable nursing requirements.
- Teach and guide assigned caregivers in the delegated care.
- Build respectful working relationships with clients, families and caregivers.
- Protect confidential information and keep delegation documentation complete and organized.
What you’ll bring
- A current Oregon registered nurse license.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Experience in nursing delegation.
- A valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass the required state background checks.
- A self-directed approach with strong teaching, communication and organizational skills.
